NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment dated November 28, 2011, entered in Civil Case No.: 2009CA012704, of the Circuti Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS INDENTURE TRUSTEE, ON BEHALF OF THE HOLDERS OF THE ACCREDITED MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST 2007-1 ASSET BACKED NOTES, is Plaintiff, and RICHARD PARSI; LORA PARISI, BRIARWOOD MASTER ASSOCIATION, INC.; UNKNOWN TENANT #1; UNKNOWN TENANT #2, are Defendants.
R.B. “CHIPS” SHORE III, the Clerk of Court shall sell to the highest bidder for cash at 11:00 a.m., will be held online at http://www.manatee.realforeclose.com on the 29th day of December, 2011 the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
LOT 77, BRIARWOOD, UNITS 1 AND 2, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 24, PAGES 71 THROUGH 79, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
