NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated September 21, 2011 and entered in Case No. 41-2008-CA-010164 of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for MANATEE County, Florida wherein US BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR CREDIT SUISSE FIRST BOSTON CSFB 2005-12 is the Plaintiff and KIMBERLY WEST; THE UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF KIMBERLY WEST N/K/A SKIP SHIPLEY; CONDOMINIUM OWNERS ASSOCIATION OF MORNINGSIDE, INC.; TENANT #1 N/K/A JANINE MOORE are the Defendants, The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at on the Internet at: www.manatee.realforeclose.com at 11:00AM, on the 29th day of December, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
