ALTERNATIVE LOAN TRUST 2005-75CB MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005-75CB is the Plaintiff, and JEFFREY F. KATTA, et al., are the Defendants, Manatee County Clerk of Court will sell the property situated in Manatee County, Florida, described as:
UNIT 113, PALM LAKES, A LAND CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 1958, PAGE 7603, AND AMENDMENTS THERETO, AND AS PER PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM BOOK 32, PAGE 95, AND AMENDMENTS THERETO OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at www.manatee.realforeclose.com at 11:00 AM, on the 11th day of January, 2012. Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
