NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment: entered in Case No. 2006 CA 004581 of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for MANATEE County, Florida, wherein, NATIONAL CITY HOME LOAN SERVICES, INC. F/K/A ALTEGRA CREDIT COMPANY, Plaintiff, and, Fabian Gibson, et. al., are Defendants, The clerk of court will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, Florida, at the hour of 11AM, on the 3RD day of JANUARY 2012, the following described property:
THE WEST 53.58 FEET OF THE NORTH 100 FEET OF LOT 2, BLOCK 2, LOYD ADDITION TO PALMETTO, AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 1, PAGE 220, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA
