NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order to Reschedule Foreclosure Sale filed November 29, 2011, and entered in Case No. 2009 CA 010057 of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for MANATEE COUNTY, Florida, wherein CITIMORTGAGE, INC., is Plaintiff, and MORGAN D. GREENE, et al are Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 11:00 AM at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 11th day of January, 2012, the following described property as set forth in the recorded Lis Pendens filed in the instant matter, to wit:
The South 40 feet of Lot 37 and the North 30 feet of Lot 36, Block 7, SOUTHWOOD VILLAGE, according to the map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 8, page(s) 80, 80-A, 80-B and 80-C, Public Records of Manatee County, Florida, now known as Lot 33, Block 7, A PORTION OF SOUTHWOOD VILLAGE RE-PLAT, according to the map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 10, Page 60, Public Records of Manatee County, Florida.
and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
