NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order of Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated November 28, 2011, entered in Civil Case No. 2009-CA-010980 of the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein BAC Home Loans Servicing, L.P., f/k/a Countrywide Home Loans Servicing, L.P., Plaintiff and Michael J. Davino and Stella F. Davino are defendant(s), I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash VIA THE INTERNET AT WWW.MANATEE.REALFORECLOSE.COM, AT 11:00 A.M. on December 29, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
UNIT 5610, PARCEL FF, MEADOWCROFT CONDOMINIUM, A CONDOMINUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN O.R. BOOK 997, PAGES 1987 THROUGH 2020, AND AMENDMENTS THERETO AND AS PER PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM BOOK 11, PAGES 81 AND 82, AND AMENDMENTS THERETO, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
