NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order of Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated November 28, 2011, entered in Civil Case No. 2010-CA-009509 of the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein Nationwide Advantage Mortgage, Plaintiff and Randall A. Spears Jr. are defendant(s), I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash VIA THE INTERNET AT WWW.MANATEE.REALFORECLOSE.COM, AT 11:00 A.M. on January 4, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 67 AND 68, OF PIC-TOWN TROPICAL MOBILE HOME ESTATES, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 9, PAGE 1, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY FLORIDA.
TOGETHER WITH THAT CERTAIN YEAR: 2008, MAKE: CLASSIC, VIN#: JACFL28899A AND VIN#: JACFL28899B, MANUFACTURED HOME, WHICH IS PERMANENTLY AFFIXED TO THE ABOVE DESCRIBED LANDS. AS SUCH IT IS DEEMED TO BE A FIXTURE AND A PART OF THE REAL ESTATE.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
