NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order of Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated November 28, 2011, entered in Civil Case No. 2010-CA-003908 of the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein Regions Bank d/b/a Regions Mortgage, as Successor by Merger to Union Planters Bank, N.A., Plaintiff and Sherri L. Waters, Individually and as Trustee of the Sherri L. Waters Revocable Living Trust UAD May 20, 2005 are defendant(s), I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash VIA THE INTERNET AT WWW.MANATEE.REALFORECLOSE.COM, AT 11:00 A.M. on January 4, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 56, PINE BLUFF SQUARE, AS PER PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 19, PAGES 120 AND 121, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
