NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order of Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated November 28, 2011, entered in Civil Case No. 2011-CA-000372 of the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein U.S. Bank, National Association, as Trustee, Successor in Interest to Wachovia Bank, N.A., as Trustee, for JPMorgan Mortgage Trust 2005-A3, Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Plaintiff and Linda B. Dileo and Gerard M. Dileo, Wife and Husband are defendant(s), I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash VIA THE INTERNET AT WWW.MANATEE.REALFORECLOSE.COM, AT 11:00 A.M. on December 29, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
UNIT 10, OF LAKEBRIDGE, A CONDOMINIUM, PHASE 1, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 1078, PAGES 289 THROUGH 361, INCLUSIVE, AND AMENDMENTS THERETO, AND AS PER PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM BOOK 16, PAGE 21, AMENDED IN CONDOMINIUM BOOK 17 PAGE 104, CONDOMINIUM BOOK 21, PAGE 97 AND CONDOMINIUM BOOK 25, PAGE 37, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO, ALL OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
