Dileo and Gerard M. Dileo, Wife and Husband are defendant(s), I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash VIA THE INTERNET AT WWW.MANATEE.REALFORECLOSE.COM, AT 11:00 A.M. on December 29, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
UNIT 10, OF LAKEBRIDGE, A CONDOMINIUM, PHASE 1, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 1078, PAGES 289 THROUGH 361, INCLUSIVE, AND AMENDMENTS THERETO, AND AS PER PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM BOOK 16, PAGE 21, AMENDED IN CONDOMINIUM BOOK 17 PAGE 104, CONDOMINIUM BOOK 21, PAGE 97 AND CONDOMINIUM BOOK 25, PAGE 37, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO, ALL OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
