NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order of Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated November 30, 2011, entered in Civil Case No. 2008-CA-005825 of the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein U.S. Bank National Association, as Indenture Trustee of the HomeBanc Mortgage Trust 2005-5, Plaintiff and Paula Bagdan are defendant(s), I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash VIA THE INTERNET AT WWW.MANATEE.REALFORECLOSE.COM, AT 11:00 A.M. on January 3, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 37, RIVERWALK VILLAGE CYPRESS BANKS, SUBPHASE H, UNITS 1 & 2, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 35, PAGE 7, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
