NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order rescheduling foreclosure sale dated December 7, 2011 entered in Civil Case No. 2008-CA-007427 of the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein CitiBank NA, as Trustee for WaMu Series 2007-HE2 Trust, Plaintiff and Edwin Casillas And Norma Casillas, His wife are defendant(s), I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash VIA THE INTERNET AT WWW.MANATEE.REALFORECLOSE.COM, AT 11:00 A.M., on January 11, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 200, KINGSDFIELD LAKES PHASE 1, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 40, PAGES 140 THROUGH 148, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
