NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 30th day of November, 2011, and entered in Case No. 41 2010 CA 009447, of the Circuit Court of the 12TH Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK TRUST COMPANY AMERICAS AS TRUSTEE is the Plaintiff and JOSE CARLOS IBARRA; MELODIE KATHLEEN IBARRA A/K/A MELODIE K. IBARRA; UNKNOWN TENANT (S); IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.manatee.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45 at, 11:00 AM on the 5th day of January, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 11, BLOCK 1, SOUTH GROVE, A SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 9, PAGE 21, PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
