NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 28th day of November 2011, and entered in Case No. 2009 CA 012630, of the Circuit Court of the 12TH Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A. AS TRUSTEE FOR , CARRINGTON MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST, SERIES 2006-NC4 ASSET- BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES is the Plaintiff and LAURIE E. BECKLER-BAILEY; MAYNARD BAILEY; FOREST PINES OF MANATEE ASSOCIATION, INC.; NEW CENTURY MORTGAGE CORPORATION, A DISSOLVED CORPORATION; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA DEPARTMENT OF TREASURY; UNKNOWN TENANT(S); IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.manatee.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45 at, 11:00 AM on the 4th day of January, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 38, FOREST PINES, AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 29, PAGE 155, PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
