NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated October 05, 2011and entered in Case No. 41-2009-CA-008861 of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for MANATEE County, Florida wherein BANK OF AMERICA, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION is the Plaintiff and PETER CLARK; MARIA CLARK; RIVER PLACE PROPERTY OWNERS' ASSOCIATION, INC.; are the Defendants, The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at on the Internet at: www.manatee.realforeclose.com at 11:00AM, on the 6th day of January, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
LOT 201, RIVER PLACE, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 42, PAGE 173, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
