NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated November 30 2011 and entered in Case No. 41-2010-CA-005861 of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for MANATEE County, Florida wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, NA is the Plaintiff and DAVID J. REGAN, JR.; PAMELA A. REGAN; TENANT #1 N/K/A TANNER REGAN are the Defendants, The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at on the Internet at: www.manatee.realforeclose.com at 11:00AM, on the 5th day of January , 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
