NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated November 30, 2011 and entered in Case No. 41-2011-CA-003358 of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for MANATEE County, Florida wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, NA is the Plaintiff and ERIC GRIFFITH A/K/A ERIC PAUL GRIFFITH; THE UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF ERIC GRIFFITH A/K/A ERIC PAUL GRIFFITH N/K/A REFUSED; WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A.; THE PALMS OF CORTEZ CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; are the Defendants, The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at on the Internet at: www.manatee.realforeclose.com at 11:00AM, on the 6th day of January , 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:

BOOK 2041, PAGE 6955, TOGETHER WITH ALL OTHER EXHIBITS AND AMENDMENTS THERETO, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
