NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 4th day of November, 2011 and entered in Case No. 2008 CA 007141, of the Circuit Court of the 12TH Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING,LP is the Plaintiff and CUONG PHAM;UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF COUNG PHAM; JOHN DOE; JANE DOE AS UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.manatee.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45 at, 11:00 AM on the 5th day of January, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 127, ABERDEEN, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 46, PAGE 61, IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY,FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
