NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 30th day of November, 2011 and entered in Case No. 2009CA002820, of the Circuit Court of the 12TH Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE FOR FIRST FRANKLIN MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST 2006-FF7, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-FF7 is the Plaintiff and MICHAEL STOYCHEFF, COUNTRY OAKS HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC., SUNTRUST BANK, KELLY PAULUS; UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.manatee.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45 at, 11:00 AM on the 6th day of January, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 6, BLOCK I, COUNTRY OAKS SUBDIVISION, PHASE THREE, AS PER PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 23, PAGE 102 THROUGH 106, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
