NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 30th day of November, 2011 and entered in Case No. 2009 CA 012061, of the Circuit Court of the 12TH Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK AS SUCCESSOR TO JP MORGAN CHASE BANK, N.A., AS TRUSTEE FOR SAMI II TRUST 2005-AR8, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005-AR8 is the Plaintiff and DENNIS B. FOURNIER; STEPHANIE A. FOURNIER; UNKNOWN TENANT (S); IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.manatee.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45 at, 11:00 AM on the 6th day of January, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 1 OF KAREN SUBDIVISION, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 19, PAGE 202 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA, A REPLAT OF LOT 1 AND 2, BLOCK B, MCCOLLUMS LAKE ADDITION AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 7, PAGE 61 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA, LYING AND BEIGN IN THE WEST 1/2 OF SECTION 10, TOWNSHIP 35 SOUTH RANE 17 EAST.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
