NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Resetting Foreclosure Sale dated the 22nd day of November, 2011 and entered in Case No. 2009 CA 009419, of the Circuit Court of the 12TH Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein CHASE HOME FINANCE LLC is the Plaintiff and BRADLEY CAMPBELL; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF BRADLEY CAMPBELL; UNKNOWN TENANT (S); IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.manatee.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45 at, 11:00 AM on the 3rd day of January, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:

Lot 30, LESS the West 20 feet therefrom; also Lot 29, LESS the following described property:
Begin at the Northeast corner of said Lot 29; thence Southeasterly along a line to the Southeast corner of said Lot 29, thence run North along East line of said Lot 29; 118.75 feet to the point of beginning, all in Block C, LA SELVA PARK, as per plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 4, Page 20, of the Public Records of Manatee County, Florida.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
