NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated November 30, 2011and entered in Case No. 41-2011-CA-003444 of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for MANATEE County, Florida wherein PHH MORTGAGE CORPORATION is the Plaintiff and ANDREW LUCHKOWEC A/K/A ANDREW LUCHKOWEC JR.; JOANNE LUCHKOWEC; BAY POINTE AT CORTEZ CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; are the Defendants, The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at on the Internet at: www.manatee.realforeclose.com at 11:00AM, on the 7th day of February, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
CONDOMINIUM UNIT 1207, BUILDING 1, BAY POINTE AT CORTEZ, PHASE 1, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORD BOOK 1990, PAGE 5940, AS AMENDED FROM TIME TO TIME, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
