NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated November 30, 2011 and entered in Case No. 41-2008-CA-004442 of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for MANATEE County, Florida wherein SUNTRUST BANK, is the Plaintiff and GEORGE TAUNER; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSE, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; ANDREW ROMITO; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INCORPORATED, AS NOMINEE FOR SUNTRUST MORTGAGE, INC.; BAYSHORE GARDENS CONDOMINIUM APARTMENTS ASSOCIATION, INC.; are the Defendants, The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at on the Internet at: www.manatee.realforeclose.com at 11:00AM, on the 7th day of February, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
APARTMENT D-3, BAYSHORE GARDENS CONDOMINIUM APARTMENTS, SECTION 2, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN O.R. BOOK 225, PAGES 107 THROUGH 121, AS AMENDED, AND ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM BOOK 1, PAGE 8, AS AMENDED, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA. TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
