NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 30th day of November, 2011, and entered in Case No. 2009 CA 012219, of the Circuit Court of the 12TH Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK AS SUCCESSOR TO JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, N.A., AS TRUSTEE FOR SAMI II TRUST 2005-AR8, MORTGAGE PASSTHROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005-AR8 is the Plaintiff and CARLOS EDUARDO SCOMBATI A/K/A CARLOS E. SCOMBATI; LARISSA DE PAULA SCOMBATI; GREENFIELD PLANTATION HOMEOWNERS' ASSOCIATION, INC.; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS INCORPORATED, AS A NOMINEE FOR COUNTRYWIDE BANK, N.A.; UNKNOWN TENANT (S); IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.manatee.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45 at, 11:00 AM on the 6th day of January, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 5, BLOCK B, OLD GROVE AT GREENFIELD PLANTATION PHASE III-A, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 35, PAGES 166 THROUGH 171, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
