COFFMAN, individually and as the Personal Representative and surviving spouse of JOHN DELK, DECEASED; the unknown heirs, devisees, grantees, assignees, creditors, lienors, trustees, and all other persons claiming by, through, under, or against JOHN DELK, DECEASED; FORD MOTOR CREDIT COMPANY, a Delaware corporation; and GREYFIELD INN CORPORATION, a Georgia corporation,

YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an action to foreclose a mortgage on the following real property located in Manatee County, Florida:
Lot 17, TWIN CITIES RESUBDIVISION, according to the map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 7, Page 77, Public Records of Manatee County, Florida, LESS property described in O.R. Book 44, Page 483, Public Records of Manatee County, Florida,
has been filed against you. You are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to such action on Jennifer M. LaRocco, plaintiff's attorney, whose address is Barnes Walker, Goethe, & Hoonhout, Chartered, 3119 Manatee Avenue West, Bradenton, FL 34205, on or before thirty (30) days after the first publication of this Notice, and file the original with the Clerk of this Court either before service on plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise, a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the complaint.
