WILLIMAS, and all unknown parties claiming by, through, under or against the above named Defendants, who are not known to be dead or alive, whether said unknown parties claim as heirs, devisees, grantees, assignees, lienors, creditors, trustees, spouses, or other claimants.
Current Residence of Delores Spencer and Unknown Spouse of Delores Spencer is Unknown, but their last known address was: 1010 4TH STREET WEST, BRADENTON, FLORIDA 34205.
Current Residence and Identity of the Unknown Heirs of Tommy C. Williams are Unknown.
YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an action to foreclose a mortgage on the following property in MANATEE County, Florida, to-wit:
LOT 3 AND THE NORTH ONE HALF OF LOT 4, BLOCK D, A.J. ADAMS SUBDIVISION, AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 1, PAGE 181, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on Robert M. Coplen, Esquire, Robert M. Coplen, P.A., 10225 Ulmerton Road, Suite 5A, Largo, FL 33771, within thirty (30) days after the first publication of this Notice of Action, and file the original with the Clerk of this Court at 1115 Manatee Avenue, W., Bradenton, FL 34205, either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise, a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the complaint petition.
