NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated November 29, 2011 and entered in Case NO. 41-2009-CA-002298 of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for MANATEE County, Florida wherein CHASE HOME FINANCE LLC SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO CHASE MANHATTAN MORTGAGE CORPORATION, is the Plaintiff and MICHAEL G. O'MARA; DIANE S. O'MARA; JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, N.A.; CEDARS EAST CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; are the Defendants, The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at on the Internet at: www.manatee.realforeclose.com at 11:00AM, on 01/10/2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
