NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order of Foreclosure dated December 5, 2011, and entered in Case No. 2010-CA-010341 of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein Patricia A. Palmer is the Plaintiff, and Bank of America, N.A., County of Manatee, Florida, Belview Properties, Inc., Singeltary Concrete Products, Inc. n/k/a RMC South Florida, Inc., and Harry M. Anderson, Jr., C.P.A., are the Defendants. I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.manatee.realforeclose.com at 11:00 a.m. on January 13, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
The West 1/2 of the West 1/2 of Lot 23, Block 3, ELWOOD PARK SUBDIVISION, as per plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 2, Page 76, of the Public Records of Manatee County, Florida.

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
