NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated November 4, 2011, and entered in Case No. 2010-CA-03712 of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for MANATEE County, Florida, wherein THE USDV FUND, LP is the Plaintiff and DEAN B. HANSON, et. al., are the Defendants, the Clerk shall offer for sale to the highest and best bidder for cash ONLINE AT WWW.MANATEE.REALFORECLOSE.COM, at 11 AM EST on the 12 day of JANUARY, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Order or Final Judgment, to wit:
