NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale filed November 30, 2011, and entered in Case No. 2008-CA-007208, of the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for MANATEE County, Florida. INDYMAC FEDERAL BANK, FSB is Plaintiff and RICHARD G. WELCH AKA RICHARD G. WELCH JR.; TINA L. WELCH; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF RICHARD G. WELCH; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF TINA L. WELCH; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; BANK OF AMERICA, NA; SR INVESTMENT, INC. SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO HOMESIDE LENDING, INC.; are defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at: www.manatee.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 a.m., on the 18 day of January, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:

LYING AND BEING IN SECTION 8, TOWNSHIP 37 SOUTH, RANGE 22 EAST, MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim with 60 days after the sale.
