NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Summary Final Judgment of foreclosure dated December 2, 2011, and entered in Case No. 08-15681 DIV B UCN: 292008CA015681XXXXXX of the Circuit Court in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS CWABS, INC. ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-20 is Plaintiff and REGINAL HORTON; FELICIA STOKES-HORTON; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC. AS NOMINEE FOR INVESTAID CORPORATION MIN NO. 100244400000707832; Unknown Tenant No. 1; Unknown Tenant No. 2; and All Unknown Parties Claiming Interests By, Through, under or Against a Named Defendant to this Action, or Having or Claiming to Have Any Right, Title or Interest in the Property Herein Described, are Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at 800 East Twiggs Street, Room 202, Tampa, FL 33602 at Hillsborough County, Florida, at 2:00 p.m. on the 30th day of January, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Order or Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 13, IN BLOCK 8, OF REVISED PLAT OF SPERRY GROVE ESTATES, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 21, PAGE 62, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
