NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated November 29, 2011, and entered in Case No. 09-CA-030699, of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida. BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP FKA COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING LP, is Plaintiff and THE UNKNOWN SPOUSE, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES AND ALL OTHER PARTIES CLAIMING AN INTEREST BY, THROUGH UNDER AGAINST THE ESTATE OF GLENDA L SQUIRE; PATRICK E. OWENS, are defendants. I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash on the 2nd FLOOR OF THE GEORGE EDGECOMB BUILDING, ROOM 201/202, 800 East Twiggs Street, Tampa, at 10:00 a.m., on the 5 day of January, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 10, REVISED MAP OF JONES ESTATES, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 24, PAGE 97, PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
