NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated November 30, 2011, and entered in Case No. 2008-CA-012397, of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida. THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF THE CWALT, INC., ALTERNATIVE LOAN TRUST 2006-OA9 MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-OA9, is Plaintiff and DANIEL DOYTCHEV; MALLORY SQUARE CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION OF TAMPA, INC., are defendants. I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash on the 2nd FLOOR OF THE GEORGE EDGECOMB BUILDING, ROOM 201/202, 800 East Twiggs Street, Tampa, at 10:00 a.m., on the 11 day of January, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT NO.2, BUILDING NO. E, OF MALLORY SQUARE CONDOMINIUM, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 5641, PAGE 579, AND AS CONTAINED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 12, PAGE 37, AND ANY AMENDMENTS THERETO, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH THE UNDIVIDED SHARE OR INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
