Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to the Order or Final Judgment as to Counts II, III, IV, VI, and X entered in this cause on November 21 , 2011, in the County Court of Sarasota County, I will sale the real property situated in Sarasota County, Florida, described as:
As to Count II - BUSBY
An undivided 1/51st interest in and to Condominium Unit 142 and its (their) undivided respective share in those common elements appertaining thereto in accordance with an subject to the covenants, conditions, terms, restrictions and other provisions of a certain Declaration of Condominium of SUNTIDE ISLAND BEACH CLUB CONDOMINIUMS, SECTION I, as per Declaration of Condominium recorded in O.R. Book 1427, Pages 1674 thru 1754, amended in O.R. Book 1442, Pages 1141 thru 1143, and as per plat thereof recorded in Condominium Book 16, Pages 18 and 18A thru 18C of the Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida.
TOGETHER WITH the exclusive right to occupy the aforesaid unit during Unit Week 48.
As to Count III - DAVIS
