NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 27, 2011 and entered in Case No. 2009 CA 021103 NC of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, as amended by that Order cancelling the November 1, 2011 Foreclosure Sale dated October 27, 2011, and as further amended by that Order resetting the Foreclosure Sale dated November 28, 2011, wherein Bank of America, N.A. is the Plaintiff MICHAEL KAMKAR, NILOO KAMKAR, UNIQUE POOLS AND DESIGNS, INC., and 5355 MCINTOSH CENTER CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC., are the Defendants, the Clerk of Courts will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash on January 4, 2012 at 9:00 a.m., or as soon thereafter as the sale may proceed, at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for on-line auctions, the following described property as set forth in said Orders or Final Judgment, to wit:
Unit 6, 5355 Mcintosh Center, a Condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium, as recorded in Official Records Instrument #2003126110 as amended, and as per Plat thereof recorded in Condominium Book 36, Page 15, as amended, of the Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
