NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 14th day of November, 2011, and entered in Case No. 2009 CA 021506 NC, of the Circuit Court of the 12TH Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, NA is the Plaintiff and DEBRA BUCHMAN STEHR; DEBRA BUCHMAN STEHR, AS PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVE OF THE ESTATE OF JACK A. BUCHMAN A/K/A JACK ALEXANDER BUCHMAN, DECEASED; CEDAR CREEK MASTER ASSOCIATION, INC.; CEDAR CREEK UNIT III HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; FORESTER WOODS AT CEDAR CREEK HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC., A DISSOLVED CORPORATION;UNKNOWN HEIRS, BENEFICIARIES, DEVISEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES AND ALL OTHERS WHO MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST IN THE ESTATE OF JACK A. BUCHMAN A/K/A JACK ALEXANDER BUCHMAN, DECEASED; UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com at, 9:00 AM on the 22 day of December, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 4, CEDAR CREEK, UNIT III, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 34, PAGE 13, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
