NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to the “Uniform Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure,” entered in the above-styled action in the Twelfth Judicial Circuit Court, in and for Sarasota County, Florida, the Clerk of Sarasota County will sell the property situated in Sarasota County, Florida, as described below, at a Public Sale, to the highest bidder, for cash, online at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, on December 27, 2011, at 9:00 a.m.:
Unit No. 396 of HARBOR COVE, a cooperative mobile home community
according to Exhibit “B” (the “Plot Plan”) attached to the Declaration of Master
Form Occupancy Agreement recorded in Official Records Book 2977, Page 633,
Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida, and legally described in Exhibit “A”
attached to the Declaration of Master Form Occupancy Agreement which is
incorporated herein by reference. Mobile Homes and all fixtures, equipment, and
appurtenances associated therewith, said mobile home being identified as ID #s
G24242DW190285A and G24242DW190285B, and Title #s 361554 and 321562.
The Real Property or its address is commonly known as 523 Ideal Place, North
Port, Florida 34287.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
