ALTERNATIVE LOAN TRUST 2005--J12 MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005-J12 is the Plaintiff, and JUSTIN D. ZELLER A/K/A JUSTIN ZELLER, et al., are the Defendants, Sarasota County Clerk of Court will sell the property situated in Sarasota County, Florida, described as:
LOT 31, THE MEADOWS, UNIT 2, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 25, PAGE(S) 6, PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at www.Sarasota.realforeclose.com at 08:30 AM, on the 3rd day of January, 2012.
