Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated November 28, 2011, entered in Civil Case Number 2008-CA-010731-NC, in the Circuit Court for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS CWALT, INC. ALTERNATIVE LOAN TRUST 2005--J12 MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005-J12 is the Plaintiff, and JUSTIN D. ZELLER A/K/A JUSTIN ZELLER, et al., are the Defendants, Sarasota County Clerk of Court will sell the property situated in Sarasota County, Florida, described as:
LOT 31, THE MEADOWS, UNIT 2, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 25, PAGE(S) 6, PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at www.Sarasota.realforeclose.com at 08:30 AM, on the 3rd day of January, 2012. Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
