Notice is hereby given pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated November 28, 2011, and entered in Case No. 2010 CA 009862 NC of the Circuit Court of the 12TH Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein BRANCH BANKING AND TRUST COMPANY is the Plaintiff and , VALENTINA NIKISHKOVA; and UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF VALENTINA NIKISHOVA IF MARRIED; and JOHN DOE; and JANE DOE are the Defendants, the clerk shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for on-line auctions, at 9:00 A.M. on the 3RD day of JANUARY, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Order of Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 31, Block 1828, 37th Addition to Port Charlotte Subdivision, according to the plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 16, Pages 4, 4A through 4H inclusive, of the Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida.
