NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated December 5, 2011, and entered in Case No. 2009 CA 001217 NC of the Circuit Court of the 12TH Judicial Circuit in and for SARASOTA County, Florida, wherein FIRST HORIZON HOME LOANS, A DIVISION OF FIRST TENNESSEE BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, SUCCESSOR IN INTEREST BY MERGER TO FIRST HORIZON HOME LOAN CORPORATION is the Plaintiff and , CRAIG M. CAMPBELL; and UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF CRAIG M. CAMPBELL, IF MARRIED; and SABAL TRACE MASTER ASSOCIATION, INC; and THE COLONY AT SABAL TRACE CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC; and MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC AS NOMINEE FOR FIR are the Defendants, the clerk shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for on-line auctions, at 9:00 A.M. on the 9TH day of JANUARY, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Order of Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT 204, BUILDING 5762, THE COLONY AT SABAL TRACE, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS INSTRUMENT #2005115527, AS AMENDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS INSTRUMENT #2005132220, AND ACCORDING TO CONDOMINIUM BOOK 37, PAGES 49 THROUGH 49G, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH THAT LIMITED COMMON ELEMENT GARAGE 62-8 AND PARKING SPACE 62-8 AS PER THE TERMS OF THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO
IF YOU ARE A PERSON CLAIMING A RIGHT TO FUNDS REMAINING AFTER THE SALE, YOU MUST FILE A CLAIM WITH THE CLERK OF COURT NO LATER THAN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
