NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated December 5, 2011, and entered in Case No. 2009 CA 018840 NC, of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for SARASOTA County, Florida. WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A., AS TRUSTEE FOR CARRINGTON MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST, SERIES 2007-RFC1, ASSET-BACKED PASS THROUGH CERTIFICATES (hereafter “Plaintiff”), is Plaintiff and ANNE D. SMITH; JERROULD W. SMITH, JR., are defendants. I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the Internet at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, at 9:00 a.m., on the 3rd day of April, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
CONDOMINIUM UNIT NO.8, OF VILLA MAJORCA, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN OR BOOK 1404, AT PAGE 224, AS AMENDED AND AS PER THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 15, AT PAGE 23, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
