NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to the Final Judgment of Lien Foreclosure and Money Damages entered on September 2, 2011, and the Order Granting Plaintiff's Motion to Request New Sale Date and Commanding Clerk to Sell Property and to Issue Certificate of Title entered December 1, 2011, in the above-reference matter pending in the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, the Sarasota County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at http://www.sarasota.realforeclose.com at 9:00 a.m. on January 3, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
Being Lot Number 16 in Bishops Court at Oaks Preserve as shown in the recorded Plat/Map thereof in 33-28 of Sarasota County Records.
Any person who is claiming an interest in the surplus, if any, resulting from the foreclosure sale, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim on same with the Clerk of Court within 60 days after the foreclosure sale.
