NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Resetting the Foreclosure sale filed November 21, 2011 entered in Civil Case No. 2009 CA 016850 NC of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, North Port, Florida, wherein SunTrust Bank is the Plaintiff and DAVID D. OSWALD, are the Defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 27th day of December, 2011 at 09:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
lot 23, block 2319, of the 47th addition to port charlotte subdivision, as recorded in plat book 19, page 46, in the public records of sarasota county, florida.
