NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated December 5th, 2011, and entered in Case No. 2010 CA 006582 NC of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida in which BankUnited, is the Plaintiff and Barbara Przepiora, Marek Przepiora, Paddocks Property Owners Association, Inc., are defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on the Internet: www.sarasota.realforeclose.com , Sarasota County, Florida at 9:00am on the 12th day of January, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
