NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN, pursuant to an order of Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated 11/22/10 and entered in case 2010-CA-004685-NC of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida wherein SALVATORE G. THOMAS, JR., JOANIE L. THOMAS, AND ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, , HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS, are Defendants, Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest bidder for case at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, at 9:00 a.m., on the 11th of January 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 38, Block 369, 10th Addition to Port Charlotte Subdivision, according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 12, Pages 22, 22A through 22M, inclusive, Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, other than the Property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after sale.
