UNIT F-2, BUILDING “F”, CORDOVA GARDENS CONDOMINIUM, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN O.R. BOOK 1304, PAGE 1463, AND AS AMENDED ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM BOOK 17, PAGES 16 AND 16A OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
