Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure for Plaintiff entered in this cause on December 5, 2011, in the Circuit Court of Sarasota County, Florida, The Clerk of the Court will sell the property situated in Sarasota County, Florida described as:
UNIT 37, WOODSIDE VILLAGE EAST CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 1042 PAGE 379 AND AS AMENDED AND AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 7 PAGES 38 AND 38A, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
and commonly known as: 2216 CIRCLEWOOD DRIVE 37, SARASOTA, FL 34231; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, Sales are held online at: https://www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, on JANUARY 9, 2012 at 9:00 A.M..
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
