NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order to Reschedule Foreclosure Sale filed December 1, 2011, and entered in Case No. 2009 CA 006937 NC of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for SARASOTA COUNTY, Florida, wherein CITIMORTGAGE, INC. SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO ABN AMRO MORTGAGE GROUP, INC., is Plaintiff, and HUGO SILVA, et al are Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 09:00 AM at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 5th day of January, 2012, the following described property as set forth in the recorded Lis Pendens filed in the instant matter, to wit:
Lot 2, Block 1285, 26th Addition to Port Charlotte Subdivision, according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 15, Page 3, of the Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida.
and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
