NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order rescheduling foreclosure sale dated December 7, 2011 entered in Civil Case No. 2009-CA-010691-NC of the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein BAC Home Loans Servicing, LP., f/k/a Countrywide Home Loans Servicing, L.P., Plaintiff and Barbara A. Taylor, Individually and as Trustee of The Alexander Roman 2006 Irrevocable Trust u/a/d October 24, 2006 and Barbara A. Taylor, Individually and as Trustee of The Andrew Roman 2006 Irrevocable Trust u/a/d October 24, 2006 and Barbara A. Taylor, Individually and as Trustee of The Jacob Roman 2006 Irrevocable Trust u/a/d October 24, 2006 are defendant(s), I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash VIA THE INTERNET AT WWW.SARASOTA.REALFORECLOSE.COM , AT 9:00 A.M., on January 17, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:

COMMENCE AT THE NW CORNER OF LOT 34, IN SAID ROSELAWN SUBDIVISION, THENCE SOUTH ALONG THE WEST LOT LINE OF LOT 34, A DISTANCE OF 83.50 FEET, THENCE EAST A DISTANCE OF 100.0 FEET TO THE EAST LOT LINE OF LOT 33, THENCE NORTH A DISTANCE OF 83.50 FEET TO THE NORTH LOT LINE OF LOT 33, THENCE WEST A DISTANCE OF 100.0 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING, SUBJECT TO AN EASEMENT FOR INGRESS AND EGRESS 20 FEET IN WIDTH ALONG THE WEST LOT LINE OF THE ABOVE- DESCRIBED PROPERTY FOR ACCESS TO THE SOUTH 1/2 OF LOTS 33 AND 34, OF SAID ROSELAWN SUBDIVISION.
