NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Resetting Foreclosure Sale dated the 29th day of November, 2011, and entered in Case No. 08-04285, of the Circuit Court of the 12TH Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein CHASE HOME FINANCE LLC is the Plaintiff and LOYMARIE CRUZ ORTIZ A/K/A LOYMARIE CRUZ; BANK OF AMERICA, N.A.; JANE DOE; JOHN DOE; FRANK MUNOZ; JOHN DOE; JANE DOE AS UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com at, 9:00 AM on the 3rd day of January, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 30, BLOCK 1936, 41ST ADDITION TO PORT CHARLOTTE, AS PER PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 16, PAGE 42A THRU 42F, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
