NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 22nd day of November, 2011, and entered in Case No. 2011 CA 001385 NC, of the Circuit Court of the 12TH Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein GMAC MORTGAGE, LLC is the Plaintiff and HEATHER MCDANIEL, RBC BANK (USA), SARASOTA SPRINGS COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION, INC and UNKNOWN TENANT (S); IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com at, 9:00 AM on the 6th day of January, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 2318, SARASOTA SPRINGS, UNIT NO. 19, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 9, PAGE 78, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
